"As fellow workers in the community, we have had the privilege of personally witnessing the transformation and upliftment which has taken place in Tokyo Sexwale Jeffreys Bay and surrounding townships through the work of Victory4All Projects. These are under the visionary and passionate leadership of Johan and Astrid Vos and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

They have brought hope and dignity to thousands of needy children and their families as they have not only shared the gospel of Jesus Christ but practically demonstrated the love of God.

The ministry has grown significantly over the last 7 years .They place a very high priority on integrity and transparency.  Victory4All Projects regularly receive extensive coverage in the local media because of the visible impact they are making in the lives of the community.

The projects are vast and the challenges remain great. Current projects include quality pre -primary education, foster homes, a crisis centre for children who require urgent intervention, a care centre for HIV positive babies, a crèche where working moms can leave their children to be cared for, schooling for children with special needs, maintenance of homes and the improving of basic living conditions, holiday programmes for children, counselling, occupational therapy -  the list goes on. All of these take place in a loving, caring and professional environment.

We appreciate them so much for who they are as men and women of God and the difference they are making in the lives of so many poor and needy people in our community.

We have known Johan and Astrid Vos for the past seven years and are constantly amazed at how God uses them.  In such a short time we have watched as they have built the Victory4All community center/enrichment center in the heart of Tokyo Sexwale, one of the poorest locations in the Eastern Cape.  They are operating Schools and Creche's at the the community center.  They have also done numerous outreaches into the community and are an amazing blessing to the area. 

In the last couple of years they extended their faith to begin foster homes and have built foster homes.  They have hosted multiple teams from around the world who have come and worked.  They have also started a school in a near by community for mentally and physically challenged children.

They are now dreaming to start a bigger primary school that will reach the children of the location.  We have watched God take this couple and through their hard work and diligence, poor out a blessing that can not be contained.

The world would benefit greatly from more individuals like Johan and Astrid.
