Primary school: Till now the sponsored children went to the J-B primary-school but it is our dream to make the school grow with the children already involved, adding grades as they get older. After-care Every afternoon all the Victory for All sponsored children attending school come to the after-care. The purpose of the after care is to give these children time to relax and play together. They get help with their homework and receive a nice meal in a safe environment. Most importantly, we're keeping them off the streets. ![]() Rainbow Rainbow School teacher Lizzy welcomes around 15 children with special needs to her class every day. They begin their day with a cup of tea, listen to a bible story, and then sing some songs together. This being done, Lizzy spends some time teaching each child at its own level. These lessons include a bit of maths, and learning to write its own name. Then, when lunchtime comes around, each of them gets a nice hot meal. Three times a week a group of boys are taught woodwork by a volunteer, which they all really enjoy, and the others get little tasks in the classroom or in the garden to complete. A very important part of the programme is teaching these children basic hygiene and how to behave in a group. |
